• Massage – mix with a carrier oil and massage into the lower abdomen, back, or feet
• Bath – 5–10 drops in a warm bath with a handful of sea salt
• Inhalation from the bottle – when you feel stressed, a few deep breaths of essential oil can change the course of your day
